Dear parents and guardians,

We would like to invite you to participate in our districtwide consultation on student wellness and safety.

We hope you can participate and share your views by completing the online consultation survey, which includes questions on important topics including the mental health impacts of the pandemic, school safety, bullying and vaping.

This consultation is intended only for parents and guardians of students registered in the Surrey School District, and consists of a short online survey that is available in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish and Tagalog.

All responses are anonymous, and the survey will only take 5 to 10 minutes of your time to complete. Your feedback is important to us and will support our district in ensuring our programs and services are responsive to the needs of our community.
