We are proud to announce that SAIL has continued it’s legacy at the 17^th Annual South Fraser Regional Science 2024 held at KPU on April 9^th and 10^th. 24 students from STEAM and STEAMX participated in the Fair.

Vishy Kodali, Garde 10 STEAM student won the Gold medal. He will represent SAIL at the Canada Wide Science Fair 2024 in Ottawa this May along with three other students from the South Fraser Region. His AI based innovative project Wound Sense earned him a spot at the Nationals. We are extremely proud of Vishy’s accomplishment and wish him all the very best for the Nationals.

The judges at the Fair commended the hard work, talent, and innovative ideas demonstrated by our students. It’s worth noting that one of the  award categories was entirely dominated by SAIL students. I would like to quote one of the judge’s remarks “SAIL students can be spotted from a distance from the way they dress, how they present themselves and from how well spoken they are”!
