SAIL Online Registration

Registration Process

If you are interested in registering for a course, please follow these steps.

Step 1 – Download and Complete the Registration Form

For Students wishing to begin or returning to SAIL for another Academic Year:


Grade 8-12 Registration Form

For Students who have ALREADY registered for one or more Course(s) at SAIL during the Academic Year:


Grade 8-12 Course Add Form

Step 2 – Identification

Provide the two pieces of identification outlined below.

Required Identification

Scan or take a photo of your identification. Registration cannot be processed without the following documentation:

  1. Proof of Citizenship. One of the following:
    • Canadian Birth Certificate
    • Permanent Resident Card
    • Citizenship Card
    • Passport
    • NEXUS
  2. Proof of Residency. One of the following: (all documents must be current within 60 days of registration request)
    • Purchase or Rental agreement
    • Cable, hydro or gas bill (must be same address as student),

International Students

Students cannot be processed without presentation of a current study visa and Proof of BC Residency.

Step 3– Submit Registration

Email your signed registration form, proof of Citizenship, proof of BC residency  by email or Fax to 604-595-6346.

Step 4 – Wait for your User ID and Password to access your course.

When we receive all your documentation, SAIL will send you your User ID and Password.  Please note we are extremely busy and are processing registrations in the order they come in.  You will receive you ID and Password when your application has been processed.

Step 5 – IMPORTANT: In order to finalize your registration you must log in to your course and complete the “Activation Assignment” as outlined by your teacher.
