Graduation Status Updates Are Now Available (for students completing the new 2023 Graduation Program ONLY!)!  To review your Graduation Status Update, please click either:

Why Is This Important To Me?

The Graduation Status Update gives students who are registered in the new 2023 Graduation Program a snapshot of their progress towards graduation. This is especially important and helpful for Grade 12 students.

Students should carefully read the “Requirements currently enrolled or currently in progress” section, as well as the “Requirements yet to complete” section, as these provide information on the courses that students have not yet completed, but must complete in order to graduate. Additionally, please remember that these are the MINIMUM course requirements needed to graduate. Many Grade 12 students will need to take more than these minimum required courses in order to meet university entrance requirements or to prepare for further training in a field of their interest.

An Important Reminder About the New Indigenous-Focused Course Requirement

Additionally, please remember that if you are a school-aged Full Time (COMPASS) SAIL student born in 2006, 2007, 2008 or later, you are now registered to complete the new 2023 Graduation Program. This program requires that you complete an Indigenous-focused course before you graduate.

It is especially important for current Grade 12 students to make certain that they will meet this requirement before the end of the school year.

SAIL offers several options for you to consider, including BC First Peoples 12 (a Social Studies course) and English First Peoples 12 (replaces English Studies 12). At the grades 10 and 11 levels, SAIL offers English First Peoples 10 and English First Peoples 11. Please make certain that you complete at least one of these courses so that you meet the requirements of the 2023 Graduation Program.
