Register Today

Enrollment is on a continuous basis.

  1. Students have the convenience and flexibility to combine their learning with other activities they may take on.
  2. Students can study and work when they are at their peak energy times and allows for a balance of school, work and family commitments.
  3. Students can work at their own pace and greatly increase their productivity.
  4. Students have the opportunity to complete a course in a defined amount of time.
  5. Students have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with their teacher.
  6. Students can be full-time or part-time (cross enrolled with another school).

Flexibility

Students may start their courses at any time and have until early June to complete their studies; however, they must stay active in their courses each week. Students must manage their time while they learn independently.

Costs

There are NO tuition costs to Canadian Citizens or Landed Immigrants residing in BC, including full-time students, part-time students (cross-enrolled – attending another secondary school in British Columbia at the same time that they take a course with Sail Online), and non- graduated adults.

Enrolment for full-time Grade 8 and 9 students in our COMPASS Program is free. Grade 8 and Grade 9 students may be cross-enrolled from another district. Grade 8 & 9 students from Surrey may be cross enrolled with special permission from their home school.

Students must have access to their own learning devices and computer access with an Internet connection. Google Chrome works best with our learning management system. Courses with textbooks will require a refundable deposit.

International students attending Surrey Public schools are eligible to take courses at a cost of $1000.00 per course.  There is an additional fee for international students outside the district.

Graduated adults are eligible to apply for certain courses for free. Call SAIL for more info.
