Hello SAIL Students,

As part of your graduation requirements, students in the B.C. Graduation Program will complete three provincial assessments. These assessments focus on the demonstration and application of numeracy and literacy:

If you are a full -time student in the Compass program at SAIL and have not already completed these mandatory provincial assessments, you will be required to complete them at our  location in the Resource Education Centre (REC)  at 14123 92 Ave. Surrey, B.C. V3V 0C7.

You will have the option of completing the assessments during the following time periods throughout the year:

Literacy 10 and 12: November 6^th 9 am to 12 pm

Numeracy 10: November 7^th 9 am to 12 pm

Literacy 10 and 12: January 15^th 9 am to 12 pm

Numeracy 10: January 16^th 9 am to 12 pm

Literacy 10: June 17^th  9 am to 12 pm

Numeracy 10: June 18^th 9 am to 12 pm

Literacy 12: June 19^th 9 am to 12 pm

If you are a Compass 10-12 student who would like to book your assessment(s) for November, please fill out the following form.

Our office will then send you follow-up reminders closer to the deadlines with more information. If you wish to write the assessments for this November, please note that you must book by Wednesday, October 29th. Sign-up forms will be sent out later for the January and June sessions. You can always choose to write one assessment during one session and then another later in the year.
